Return Policy

Returns for Credit will not be issued unless a Return Authorization Number accompanies the Return and the Returned product(s) is in its original, unopened, undamaged package. All Returns MUST be received no more than 30 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mr. Chips, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with an Authorized Return. No Credit will be issued regardless of the circumstances unless these terms are met. Mr. Chips, Inc. will not accept returns on Candy Products for any reason due to the nature of the product. All Credits issued for returns will be applied to the credit card originally used for purchase. If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us to discuss Credit or replacement options. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization.

Shipping Policies

All standard orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of the date of sale (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders shipping by truck will not be guaranteed for same day shipment. Backorder information, if applicable, will be communicated immediately following order receipt. Mr. Chips, Inc. will not ship to a P.O. Box for any reason. Freight quotes are available upon request.

Prices and Terms

All prices exclude shipping charges. All international orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless alternative payment terms have been arranged. Please contact Customer Service to arrange an international shipment.

Order Minimum Policy

We understand our customers may occasionally wish to place smaller orders. However, we must ask each customer to observe our $24.95 minimum order requirement. Freight charges do not apply towards minimum. We encourage you to support our policies so that we can continue to offer a wide selection at great prices.

Taxes

Customers shipping to an Illinois destination are liable for Illinois Sales Tax unless a Resale Certificate is provided to Mr. Chips, Inc.
